Reputation Management

It’s about trust…

When people initially Google your business vs your competition, many times a decision is quickly made based on the number of reviews. Think about it like this: are you going to trust a $16,000 roofing job to the company that has 1 review or the one that has 100 reviews?

Here’s a simple test to see if you need our help. Google your business name and then Google two or three competitors. If they have more reviews than you or more four and five-star reviews, then you need our help!

Your customers already know your ranking…

Reputation management is the collection of reviews from current clients and then the sharing of the reviews across various platforms that would best benefit your business.  Online reviews give power to your customers to tell their side of the buying story.  This then provides social proof to other potential customers.  Social proof is the level of credibility that the public provides to a service or product.  The more people that use and enjoy a product, the more likely others are to follow.

Consider these important statistics:

*97% of consumers now use online media when researching products or services in their local area.
*91% of consumers age 18-34 trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.
*93% of consumers say that online reviews influenced their purchase decisions.
*Consumers will spend an average of 31% more at a business that has excellent reviews.
*4 out of 5 consumers have changed their mind about purchasing a product after seeing a negative review.
*94% of consumers say that a negative review kept them away from a business.

Three Simple Review Collection Methods

Method 1

One is the acrylic placard that comes with both options listed above. You could place them near the checkout area in a professional/office setting or also set them on various tables in a restaurant or other business with multiple customer contact points.

Method 2

The second simple method is by adding the QR code to the back of a business card that you use for your business. This is a very simple way to ask for a review in a personal way that can be done in casual conversation outside of the office or place of business.

Method 3

The third method is that you are able to send your customer an email or a text that links directly to your review collection page. This is highly effective if done through a text message. Our system allows these to be sent directly from us or you can choose to do it yourself.
